Dr Sarah Coll is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in Sports Medicine and Upper Limb Surgery.
A caring professional committed to providing personal care and attention. This high level of personal attention ensures continuation of care, before and after surgery, and ultimately the best possible outcome.
Sarah completed her Medical Degree in Perth and her Orthopaedic Training in Brisbane, becoming only the second woman in Queensland to qualify in her field. She opened her private Cairns practice in 2005 and branched out to Air Medicine two years later, seeking to combine several complementary orthopaedic specialties under the one roof.
Today Sarah treats patients from throughout Townsville, Cairns and North Queensland, and operates at both Cairns Private Hospital and Cairns Day Surgery. Extensively she uses less invasive arthroscopic surgery which requires less time under anaesthetic and in recovery.
She is also fluent in German, allowing her to offer a unique service to German-speaking patients.
